1 General Terms & Conditions

Pokp (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "pokp") is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. By using the pokp.click website or its mobile app, you agree to be fully bound by all the Terms and Conditions outlined below.

7 Betting Rules

• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If an error is identified in the odds, pokp reserves the right to void or adjust the affected bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pokp. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening an account using false information or someone else's identity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to manipulate outcomes artificially using betting systems or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to pokp's systems.
• Threatening, harassing, or deceiving other users.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Pokp reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• If the Terms & Conditions are violated.
• Identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• At the user's own request (voluntary closure).
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
